Firstsource Solutions Ltd share price ticked higher by 2.32% to Rs 339.35 after the company's net profit contracted by 19.16% to Rs 165.92 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 5.31% to Rs 2751.75 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/ Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 43893.25 crore, easing 5.14%. It has inched up 6.33% over last one week and moving up by 14.27% in last one month while the market capitalization of Firstsource Solutions Ltd has increased 13.36% and 23.76% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Firstsource Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 219.34 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 2.87% year-on-year, and tanking 15.83% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 445 crore, surging by 30.84% YoY and gaining 3.02% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 5.25% to Rs 2388.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 1531.57 crore, inching up 3.72% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 20.62% to Rs 9616.12 crore, while net profit rose by 13.45% to Rs 674.41 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 131455% to Rs 1548.73 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 14.74% to Rs 849.84 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1213.98 crore in FY26, as against Rs 701.1 crore in FY25. Firstsource Solutions Ltd declined by 4.81% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.64% during the same period.
